I have waited a full year for this album. Finally, Elliott has his first album out. It is the American Idol season again. I have no idea who is big or hot this year. I don't care. The most important thing here is that I can finally listen to Elliott Yamin.
After listening to the whole album, I have decided "A Song For you" is truly A SONG that is good. Why is this happening to me? Elliott is the only idol I like and his album just sucks! The production is just unbearable. The style is all wrong! There is NO SOUL at all. The shallow pop style is killing his superb singing skills.
I am not satisfied with the quality of the Idol productions, either Yamin's or Hick's. So I brought these two new albums over to visit Mark. Facing Mark's hollow look, I said to him, "Listen and curse for yourself. I hate both albums."
Even though the album sucks, I have been listening to "A Song For You" all night, the only SOUL in the album.
